Booking

When should I book?+
If there is availability, we can operate the tour on any date. Depending on availability, we may be able to accept last-minute bookings, including the day before or the same day. Please contact us first.
What is the booking process?+
1) Check availability → 2) Confirm details (plan / number of guests / date) → 3) Receive confirmation (meeting point & day-of instructions) → 4) Tour → 5) (Standard) Payment after the tour. *For plans that involve ticket procurement, we may request advance payment (full or partial) to confirm and secure arrangements.
How can I check availability?+
Please contact us via our inquiry form or official LINE. Providing multiple preferred dates helps us respond faster.
Is there a minimum number of participants?+
It depends on the tour. Some private tours are available even for one guest. Please contact us for details.
If I book last minute, when will I receive confirmation?+
We will reply as quickly as possible. Response time may vary depending on how busy we are.
How will I receive the meeting point and day-of information?+
After your booking is confirmed, we will send the details via email or LINE.
Can I join even if I don’t speak English?+
Yes. We can provide guidance entirely in Japanese, so guests who are not confident in English can join with peace of mind.
Can this be a private tour?+
Yes, we can arrange a private tour. We will flexibly customize the itinerary based on your preferences—places you want to visit, areas you want to explore, and your schedule. Please feel free to contact us.

Pricing / Quotes / Payment

What is included / not included in the price?+
It depends on the plan. In general, the vehicle and guide are included, while meals, parking fees, and tips may not be included. Please check “What’s Included” on each tour page.
Is the quote free? How much can I customize?+
Yes, quotes are free. We can customize the itinerary, stops, and time allocation within a reasonable range.
What payment methods are available?+
We accept credit/debit cards or cash (paid in person on the day of the tour). A 3% processing fee will be added to card payments (the total amount including the fee will be shown before payment).
When do I need to pay? Do you require a deposit?+
For standard tours, no deposit is required and payment is generally requested after the tour ends. However, for plans involving ticket procurement (e.g., sports game tours), advance payment (full or partial) may be required to confirm and secure arrangements. Please follow the guidance provided on each tour page for details.
When do additional charges apply?+
Additional charges may apply for long-distance travel or adding participants. We will inform you in advance through the quote.
Do prices change due to exchange rates?+
Prices may vary depending on the currency and payment method. We will confirm the final amount at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation / Changes

When do cancellation fees apply?+
A cancellation fee applies from 14 days (2 weeks) before the tour date for standard tours (100% from 14 days prior and onward). For plans that require ticket procurement, cancellations and refunds may not be available (a 100% cancellation fee may apply) from the time of application / once procurement begins. Please refer to each tour page for details.
Can I change the date? Are there any fees?+
Yes, if there is availability. Fees may apply depending on the season and arrangement status.
Until when can I change the number of participants?+
In principle, changes can be made at any time. However, if vehicle or ticket arrangements are required, we may not be able to accommodate changes depending on the arrangement status, so please contact us as early as possible.
What happens in bad weather or if the game is canceled?+
Depending on the situation, we will propose a refund, rescheduling, or an alternative plan (subject to the status of arrangements such as tickets).
What if the tour is canceled by the operator?+
In principle, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.

Pick-up / Meeting / On the Day

Where can you pick us up?+
We primarily cover major areas within Los Angeles. We may be able to accommodate areas outside the standard range depending on the situation, so please consult with us.
How early should I be at the meeting point?+
Please be at the hotel front desk 5–10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.
How many people can the vehicle carry? Can we bring luggage?+
We will guide you in a 6-seat vehicle. If you have suitcases, please let us know the number in advance.

MLB / NBA Games (For Applicable Tours)

Are tickets included? Can I choose seats?+
It depends on the plan. We will accommodate seat requests as much as possible depending on availability. Please feel free to contact us.
What are the venue entry rules (items, bag size, ID)?+
Venue rules may change. We will provide the latest guidance after confirmation.
What happens if the game is canceled or postponed?+
We will guide you based on the situation, such as refunds, rescheduling, or alternatives (subject to ticket conditions).

Safety / Insurance

Are there any areas where we should be cautious?+
Cautions vary by location and time of day. Your guide will advise you depending on the route and stops for the day.
Do I need travel insurance?+
We recommend travel insurance, as medical expenses can be high. Please review your coverage details.
What if there is an accident, injury, or theft?+
We prioritize your safety and will support you as needed (medical facilities, police procedures, etc.). Coverage and compensation depend on your insurance policy.

Photos / Social Media

Can you take photos for us?+
Yes. We will 안내 the method for sharing the data (AirDrop / shared link, etc.) on the day of the tour.
Will you post photos/videos on social media? Can I request no face exposure?+
If we plan to post photos or videos on social media, we will confirm with you beforehand. If you prefer not to show your face, we will take appropriate measures—please let us know in advance.

Customization / Special Requests

Can I request a fully customized itinerary?+
Yes. Please share your purpose (games, sightseeing, filming locations, etc.), where you will be staying, your preferred time, and your approximate budget.
Can you accommodate groups (10+ people)?+
Yes. Since vehicle allocation and route planning are required, please contact us early.
Can you help with surprises (birthday, proposal)?+
Yes, within a reasonable range. Please tell us your preferred content, location, and timing.

Troubleshooting on the Day

What if I feel sick on the day of the tour?+
We may adjust the itinerary or decide to cancel depending on the situation. Please contact us early and do not push yourself.
What if I can’t join due to a flight delay?+
Please contact us as soon as you know. We will advise whether rescheduling is possible depending on the arrangement status.
How can I contact you in an emergency?+
We recommend having both LINE and phone available. We will provide contact details after confirmation.
