Prices (Service Fees)
Prices are shown on each tour page.
For tours with variable pricing (e.g., ticketed events), we will provide a final quote before payment and confirm the final amount prior to booking/payment.
Additional Fees
Depending on the tour, the following fees may apply. If applicable, we will disclose the breakdown and amount in advance.
- Tickets / admissions (actual cost)
- Parking fees, tolls, etc. (actual cost)
- Optional arrangements requested by the customer (actual cost)
- Other: e.g., additional fees for distant areas
If any payment-related fee applies, the total amount will be clearly shown before payment.

- A 3% processing fee will be added to card payments (the total amount including the fee will be shown before payment).
Payment Timing
As a general rule, the payment timing will be specified on the tour page or in the quote/invoice.
1) Standard private tours (no ticket procurement)
One of the following applies: [Pay on the day / Pay in advance / Pay after the tour], as specified on the tour page.
2) Tours involving ticket procurement (sports/events, etc.)
- To secure tickets, advance payment (full or partial) may be required.
- If advance payment is required, we will notify you after confirming the final price.
Service Delivery Timing
After booking is confirmed, we provide the service on the scheduled date and time.
If ticket procurement is included, we will proceed after confirming payment.
Validity of Applications
Depending on availability (tour slots, tickets, etc.), we may set a payment deadline. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
Cancellations & Refunds (Important)
For standard private tours, a 100% cancellation fee applies from 14 days (2 weeks) before the tour date.
For tours involving ticket procurement or reserved inventory, cancellations and refunds may not be available (a 100% cancellation fee may apply) from the time of application / once procurement begins.
The applicable terms are those stated on each tour page.
Disclaimer
If we cannot operate as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, traffic, venue decisions, event cancellation/rescheduling, etc.), we will propose reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling.
Refund eligibility and scope depend on the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any applicable third-party provider rules (e.g., ticket providers).
